I booked the wrong day

Bookings can be swapped up to an hour before your booked session by using the ‘Manage Order’ section of your confirmation email. Simply scroll below the barcode and booking confirmation, to the ‘Manage Order’ section, where you can change the film, time or seats. Please note that your booking can only be changed via this method once.

If there is a price difference between your tickets, or you have booked using discounted Cinebuzz tickets, we suggest getting into contact with the cinema you have booked for as they will be able to assist you further.
